This Chickenuevo restaurant is conveniently located and has a drive through. The employee at the counter was so cheerful and kindly made me aware of a special offer they had going on that day. I ended up ordering the chicken tacos and they were delicious. With the deal, they were $11 something with a soda. They were freshly deep fried and topped with lettuce a little cheese, onions etc. I ordered mine to-go and there's a little cold bar to load up on salsa for the road. The bathrooms were clean and the whole restaurant has a tidy ambiance. Worth visiting.

The food here is usually very good. Presentation which is a huge part of my experience other than customer service etc. When I tell them no sour cream they fail to understand But time and time again after reordering and giving them a chance when it comes to delivery they fail every time to follow allergy warnings and special instructions. Please in the future if u give the option to make special instructions please follow them

Amazing burrito! They were flexible with my request to leave off the cheese and rice. The salsa bar is on target too. Greeted in Spanish and English as soon as we entered and they seemed really happy we were there. My picky teenager ordered a Quesadilla and devoured it - which is high praise for any restaurant. Short story - try this place soon.

Service is good and the food hasn't changed. I like their chicken but I wool never order crispy tacos again. I had to dig in there to find some meat.

**DO NOT EAT HERE** I have had 2 very poor experiences at Chicken Nuevo in a row. First time, I ordered on door dash and half the order was missing. This time, I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I ordered 5 chicken tacos and I just wanted to share with you all the quality of what I received. Little sprinkles of dry overcooked chicken that is hard as a rock. The audacity to serve something this low of quality should demonstrate that this is not anything new for them. Luckily I have family that works for Pima County Health and this will be shared with them as well. Save yourself some money and possibly a hospital visit by spending your money with a different family business who deserves it. Clearly, these people are doing well financially and don’t need it.

It’s getting harder to find roasted Mexican chicken in town, but this is much superior than the “loco” alternative. Good food, good portions, good service.
